Coaches and Assistant Coaches are mentors and teachers, you will help your players and your team unlock and realize their potential.  Being a coach is a rewarding experience, one where you will teach your team and players the rules of the game, fundamentals of play, and guide them in the principals of Little League, Character, Courage, and Loyalty.  If you become a coach, remember you are not in it alone, Northwest 45 Little League has a rich history and many coaches in their ranks with experience and they are always willing to help.

The Team Mom is vital to Little League Teams. Most coaches, managers and teams would be lost without their team mom.  Team mom's are responsible for organizing things such as team meetings, picture day, game snacks, and arranging the end of the season team party.
